Specification

I need to be able to visualize what your asking of me, like if you say you want highlights somewhere in the picture I at least wanna know where to put the high lights

What I am limited to

I am limited to raising the quality of the picture and giving it a different tint or something like that, though if you want me to draw or crop something off I can try my best, but it might not be as good as you'd want it or expect it to be.

No. Why? I don't want to, or feel like it :)

But I can (however ;) ) make little heart edits of your favorite characters. Though I don't do nudity so you'll have to bear with me (I know, I know, I'm a party pooper, lol).

One thing I won't do with these, however, is shipping because it'll probably take a while and I might not end up actually doing it. If I would I could, and no offense to those who just wanna see a cute ship but I just can't :P

Nope.

I am not old enough yet to get some sort of bank account so yes, these are free. Plus these don't even take that long, all it is is just get a picture and then go to your favorite photoshopping or editing app and ta-da~ bam you got a final product.
